Melamin-C™ Skin Bleaching and Correcting Crème contains 4% hydroquinone and 20% vitamin C for optimal melanin inhibition to correct the most severe and advanced forms of hyperpigmentation. A potent level of 20% vitamin C accelerates the exfoliation of existing skin surface pigmentation to create a more uniform skin tone. Added antioxidants and skin soothers help calm and soothe irritated skin, making this maximally potent, water-free formula highly tolerable.

Indicated for the gradual bleaching of moderate to severe forms of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lentigines, and other unwanted areas of hyperpigmentation

Apply 2 pumps (1 g) to affected areas twice a day or as directed by a physician. Always use sunscreen protection. (See enclosed package insert for full prescribing information.)

(4) Use in Pregnancy: There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of fluconazole in pregnant women. Available human data do not suggest an increased risk of congenital anomalies following a single maternal dose of 150 mg. A few published case reports describe a rare pattern of distinct congenital anomalies in infants exposed to high dose maternal fluconazole (400-800 mg/day) during most or all of the first trimester. These reported anomalies are similar to those seen in animal studies. If this drug is used during pregnancy, or if the patient becomes pregnant while taking the drug, the patient should be informed of the potential hazard to the fetus. (See )

Clonazepam Description Each single-scored tablet, for oral administration, contains 0.5 mg, 1 mg, or 2 mg Clonazepam, USP, a benzodiazepine. Each tablet also contains corn starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and povidone. Clonazepam tablets USP 0.5 mg contain Yellow D&C No. 10 Aluminum Lake. Clonazepam tablets USP 1 mg contain Yellow D&C No. 10 Aluminum Lake, as well as FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake.
